DOWNSTAIRS COTTAGE Welcome to the Downstairs Cottage at Treasure Circle! 🏖️ Our space sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 bedrooms (King + Full/Full bunk) and a cozy sleeper sofa in the living room. Decide to stay in instead of hitting the beach? No problem! Cook in our fully stocked kitchen or relax on the sunrise-facing back deck upstairs (the front deck is reserved for guests in the upstairs main home). Looking for things to do? You're booking the downstairs cottage, and there may be guests staying in the upstairs main home during your stay. A small additional cleaning fee will be added to your reservation when you add your pet — this keeps the space sanitary for future guests. YOU MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS: ★ No parties ★ 25+ years of age to reserve this property and must be present through the duration of the reservation ★ No smoking (medical marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, vape, etc.) inside. Thank you. ★ No more than 6 guests are allowed to stay at this property. The number of guests stated MUST match the numbers of guests occupying the house. You are required to let us know if the occupants change. ★Note that the top bunk bed has a weight limitation of 250 lbs. ★No RVs, boats, trailers, or large equipment is allowed to be parked without permission - contact us for details ★ No fireworks ★ No horseplay in the house or on the furniture ★ We will charge for any damage to the property, house or furnishings. Please respect or home :) ★ If you have pets staying with you, they are not allowed to be on the furniture. This often results in holes, tears, or stains. ★ PLEASE be respectful of the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 7:00am. We have wonderful, friendly neighbors and wish to maintain a great relationship. ★Any violations of these rules my be cause for cancelation for the rest of your reservation without refund ★ Do not park on rocks or Turf ★ If you have any animals with you, please do not allow them on the beds, couches or any other furniture please ★There is a pet cleaning fee that is automatically applied to your Airbnb total when you add your pet to the reservation, so please don't forget to add them to your guest list 🐶 ★ Please checkout on time! 🙂 Our cleaning team is very busy and often are cleaning multiple homes everyday before checkin time. If you checkout late and it is not already approved, you will be charged an additional $30 per 15 mins. This is not to make more money off of you! It is simply to ensure our cleaning team has the time they need to do their job for the next guest.
